Current Opportunity: Accounts Senior

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Senior to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a good technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance, with at least three years of experience in the industry.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 per year, with additional performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of accounts.

  • Tax computation work and planning.

  • VAT and payroll preparation.

  • Client care management. 

  • Audit work.

  • Potential for involvement in will drafting and probate matters.

Experience/ Qualifications:

  • Qualified AAT, ACA, or ACCA (part or fully qualified) or qualified by experience.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting and tax return software.

  • Experience in agricultural.

  • Law or accounting degree is desirable. 

  • Working knowledge of IRIS is a bonus. 

Location:

  • Taunton, with reliable commute or relocation required.
